TERMS & CONDITIONS – TRIBE MEMBERSHIP

Welcome to the TRIBE Membership program. By purchasing or using a TRIBE Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

TRIBE Membership is a paid subscription that provides exclusive benefits including, but not limited to:

  • Access to member-only products and merch.
  • Special pricing and discounts
  • Early access to new collections
  • Exclusive offers and perks

Membership benefits may vary and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To purchase a TRIBE Membership, you must:

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the membership for personal, non-commercial purposes only

3. MEMBERSHIP FEES

  • Membership fees are charged as stated at the time of purchase
  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. BILLING & RENEWAL

  • Membership may be one-time or recurring (as selected at checkout)
  • For recurring plans, you authorize automatic billing
  • You can cancel renewal anytime before the next billing cycle. No Refund.

5. MEMBER BENEFITS

TRIBE Membership may include:

  • Special rewards or bonuses

These benefits:

  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • May be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time

6. USE OF MEMBERSHIP

You agree not to:

  • Abuse discounts or exploit offers
  • Use the membership for fraudulent or illegal activity

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. ORDER POLICY

  • All product purchases are subject to availability
  • TRIBE Membership does not guarantee stock availability
  • Standard shipping, return, and refund policies apply separately

8. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate membership at any time for violation of terms
  • Modify or discontinue the program without liability

You may cancel your membership at any time, but:

  • No refunds will be issued for unused time

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, and designs related to TRIBE are owned by us (SHOEBILL) and protected by applicable laws.

Members may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages
  • Losses resulting from misuse of membership
  • Unavailability of services or products

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the membership implies acceptance of updated terms.
