  1. Custom T-Shirt Return Policy
    1. Time Frame
      • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    2. Condition of Items
      • Custom T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
      • Original packaging should be included if possible.
    3. Proof of Purchase
      • A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges.
    4. Non-Returnable Items
      • Due to the personalized nature of custom T-shirts, returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
        • Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
        • Change of mind after the order has been placed.
    5. Eligible Returns
      • Returns are accepted in cases of:
        • Defective or damaged items.
        • Errors in the custom print (e.g., incorrect design or text not matching the order specifications).
    6. Refund Method
      • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
      • In the case of exchanges, the new item will be sent after the returned item is received and inspected.
    7. Return Process
      • Contact customer service to initiate a return or exchange.
      • Provide order details and a description of the issue.
      • A return shipping label will be provided if the return is due to a defect or error on the company’s part.
      • For other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
    8. Processing Time
      • Returns are typically processed within 7business days of receipt.
      • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
