    1. Shipping Options

      • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days.

    2. Processing Time

      • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

        • Standard Shipping: You place an order on Monday, and the order is processed by Wednesday. With standard shipping, you can expect your order to arrive by the following Wednesday.

      • Custom T-shirts require additional time for production, typically 3-5 business days.

      • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp with a tracking number.

  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact customer service. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
